| The law poses a principle of presumption of responsibility for the cyber salesman while stating which it is "responsible full with regard to the purchaser of the good execution for the obligations resulting from the contract, which these obligations are to be carried out by itself or other service providers, without damage from its right of recourse against those". The limit with this responsibility is the bad faith of the purchaser, the damage of the product or a misuse of the service by the purchaser.
